Meeting rooms are available free of charge for individual meetings during the conference week (Monday-Friday).

To request a meeting room, please contact the Local Organising Committee at wesc2027@dtu.dk no later than 30 April 2027.

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:

Furniture layouts cannot be changed. Once a booking has been confirmed, the requester will receive a photo of the room setup together with a link to the available catering options.
